Our Story
Brett and Jeff began as two neighbors with a simple goal: to get to know the people living around them. What started as a casual cookout for a handful of neighbors soon blossomed into organizing community-wide events for over 200 residents.

As their reputation grew, so did their role in the neighborhood. They quickly became the “go-to guys” for everything from planning events to negotiating lease agreements—even handling the tough stuff like evictions. (Go To Guys photo)
Their hands-on approach and genuine care for the community didn’t go unnoticed. During a neighborhood cleanup, a neighbor jokingly suggested, “You two should run the property management for our HOA.” That offhand comment planted the seed for a whole new way of thinking about property management—one built on connection, trust, and a genuine sense of belonging.
At the heart of everything we do is our belief that “we build communities by breaking bread.” By encouraging neighbors to come together, we help people move beyond simply living in a neighborhood to truly being part of a community. We believe that when people connect, they become more self-reliant and can support one another through any challenge.

Brett Daly is a results-driven property management professional with over 15 years of experience in operational leadership, financial stewardship, and community engagement. As President of his own community for the past two years, Brett has successfully managed 200+ residential units with comprehensive oversight of operations, finances, and community programs. He has stabilized annual dues while reducing operational costs through strategic vendor negotiations, organized 12+ community engagement events that increased resident satisfaction, and maintained property standards through consistent policy enforcement. His hands-on leadership experience is complemented by 12 years at Lockheed Martin and Leidos, where he developed expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and supply chain management for multi-million dollar government projects.
Brett’s approach to property management centers on three fundamental principles: financial stewardship through strategic cost control, operational excellence through proactive maintenance and compliance, and community engagement through transparent communication. He has coordinated signature community events, served on multiple committees, and championed value-added improvements that enhance property values and resident quality of life. With a Bachelor of Science in Business and a proven track record of reducing expenses while maintaining high service standards, Brett combines corporate expertise with practical property management success. He is committed to creating thriving communities where residents feel heard, properties are well-maintained, and financial resources are managed responsibly.

With a career spanning over thirty years, Jeff Bell brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and community spirit to The Joint Venture Group. From his early days performing on television and producing interactive entertainment experiences, to his acclaimed work as an author and event host, Jeff has always thrived on bringing people together. His journey—from Navy service and network television projects in Los Angeles, to award-winning roles as a DJ and party host—reflects a lifelong commitment to creating memorable moments and fostering genuine connections.
Now, as a driving force behind The Joint Venture Group, Jeff channels his passion for community building into every project. Inspired by a simple desire to know his neighbors and help others feel at home, he believes in the power of shared experiences to turn a neighborhood into a true community. Whether organizing local events or helping residents support one another, Jeff’s hands-on approach and dedication to building trust are at the heart of The Joint Venture Group’s mission: to create spaces where people don’t just live side by side, but truly belong together.
